The Christmas Eve Post...

Before heading to Grandma and Grandpa B's house for Christmas Eve festivities, we took a few pics of the family all dressed up. Here we have...
...my handsome guys...
...me with my gorgeous girls...
...and the Littles (who are now best buds and partners-in-crime, in case you can't tell from that picture). As soon as we got to Grandma's, it was family photo time. Since no one picked up my camera for that, I have to wait for Grandma to e-mail me those pics. (Hint, hint...) However, when all the cousins got together...
...I definitely got my camera for that one. What a great group of kiddos!! Hey, Molly, are you excited about Christmas?
Her answer was a resounding, YES!! In fact, she told me a few weeks ago: "Mommy, we no habba Santa in the Chinas." I would presume she's pretty happy NOT to be in "the Chinas" this December!

Molly was shocked by all the presents under Grandma and Grandpa's tree! (With 11 grandkids, the pile gets pretty big!) However, she was most excited about this...
...gigantic gift with her name on it! She kept hugging that huge red bag...it was so cute!
She LOVED her new doll baby...
...and Carson was super excited about his Fischer Price Bat Cave...
...but the best gift of the night...
...was when Molly opened that huge red bag to see her baby care center! That thing kept her busy for HOURS!! (Good call, Grandma!) After the gifts and the obligatory change-into-your-Christmas-jammies, the kids dispersed around the condo...
...where Sarah and Olivia were so sweet to play with Jillian and Molly...
...Carson and Peyton played the role of Jillian and Molly's doggies (sharing pretend dog food in that picture)...
...the play kitchen got moved into Grandma and Grandpa's bedroom...
...and Meggie spent most of the rest of the night spiral-curling all the girls' hair. (I wondered why she brought her curling iron...)
Maddie kept herself busy painting her fake nails while awaiting her turn at the curling iron. After those festivities were over, we headed home to open OUR presents.
The kids were pretty happy...
...and ended the gift-opening with our traditional...
...making-a-mess-with-the-wrapping-paper picture! After one last jump for joy by herself...
...and with the Littles...
...the kids posed by the tree in their new Christmas PJs.
Before heading to bed, Meggie decided to spread the "holiday love" by grabbing our artificial mistletoe and giving Christmas kisses...
...to her little brother...
...her baby sister...
...Mommy...
...and even Daddy got Christmas kisses from Meggie! (It sorta looks like she needed to choke him to get him to accept a kiss, doesn't it?!)

The last step before bed was, of course, putting out Santa's snack.
Wait...WHAT did they put in their letter to Santa??
You can click on that picture to enlarge it, but the text reads:

Dear Big Man, You better bring us good stuff. We all 3 have high expectations. We are spoiled after all. Be safe. Fly fast & take chances. Love always, Meggie, Carson, Molly P.S. Eat those cookies fast, or we will! XOXO

Hmmm...sounds like a greedy Teenager helped the Littles write THAT note! Hope your honest approach works, Megster!
