What Fun...A Halloween Party!Chelsie and Alan (and their adorable son Max) had a Halloween party last Saturday and we were invited! We were late (sorry, Chels) but arrived in time to have dinner...mummy hot dogs wrapped in breadsticks. (Very creative!) After dinner, we headed out to the front yard for the pinata. Just what a group of Chinese kids need as they celebrate a very American holiday -- a popular Mexican party tradition! LOL!
A few pics...

...of the kids watching the littlest ones get their turns...

...then Max (aka Woody) got his turn...

...before Molly (aka Cinderella) took a whack at it.

Meggie (aka the nerd) was too nerdy to be invited to take a turn...

...but Delilah (who was the Tin Man before removing most of her costume)...

...Wesley (an un-costumed Scarecrow)...

...and Elliana (aka the Cowardly Lion) took their turns before...

...Carson (the Black Power Ranger) showed us his muscle!

Gotta admit...she is an awfully cute nerd!

The older kids (Max's cousins) finally knocked the body off of the ghost pinata...

...and Chelsie had the very smart idea to dump out the contents on the family room floor, instead of on the cold driveway.

Poor nerdy Meggie, still left out...

...but the Littles were super excited with their candy treats!

Ah, Halloween memories! (Why won't Molly EVER cooperate with group shots?!)

Chelsie was so sweet...she even organized activities for all the kids! After the activities, Chelsie brought out some crazy glasses...

...and my goofy kids were more than happy to try them on! Thanks for the awesome time, Max. What a great start to our Halloween season! Check back for more Halloween happenings...
